Asian Women Coaching Collective (or AWCC) is a non-profit whose mission is to provide a shared space where Asian women coaches can belong, collaborate, and share best practices in culturally relevant coaching.
Our primary goal is to redesign the AWCC website to be more intuitive and professional in order to create a better user experience for both clients and coaches.
In order to complete our goal we improved the information architecture and brand identity of the website. We also created a scalable, searchable directory for users to find coaches and integrated an automated membership registration and payment system into Wix to streamline the registration process.

To better understand how to go about the re-design and ideate, we decided to focus on doing both a competitive analysis and UX/ UI of different coaching and Asian-American-focused organizations and or other organizations as per the client's request.
After getting some initial feedback from the client, we decided to shift our focus to more design-related analysis instead of business-related and then did a UX/UI analysis.
After comparing various websites we had a better conceptual understanding of how to proceed with the re-design and came up with concrete ways to improve the existing AWCC website design.
